Interview Questions
Barebells USA
Barebells Campus Brand Ambassador USA

How would you engage an audience to try Barebells products?
I would engage an audience by meeting them where they already are and making Barebells feel approachable and relevant to their everyday lives. On campus, that looks like tabling at high traffic events, student organization meetings, and recruitment spaces where people are already open to trying something new. I focus on starting genuine conversations first, then letting the product speak for itself through sampling and personal experience rather than a scripted pitch. I’d also use storytelling to connect with different groups. For students balancing classes, work, and leadership, I’d highlight Barebells as an easy, filling option between long days. In more wellness or fitness-focused spaces, I’d emphasize how it fits into an active, busy lifestyle without sacrificing taste. I’ve found that when people hear how and why I personally use a product, they’re much more excited to try it themselves. Through my background in marketing, health promotion, and brand ambassadorship, I know how to create engaging, low pressure experiences that feel fun and authentic. Whether it’s through tabling, events, social media, or word of mouth, my goal would be to make trying Barebells feel natural, memorable, and worth coming back to.

Why do you think you would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador?
I think I’d be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador because I genuinely live a fast paced, on the go lifestyle where nutrition that’s convenient but still enjoyable actually matters. I’m a student leader, a pre med student, and I work night shifts in the emergency department as a medical scribe, so I’m constantly balancing long days, late nights, and high stress environments. Having something like Barebells that’s easy to grab, filling, and actually tastes good fits naturally into my routine. Beyond that, I have a strong background in marketing and brand representation. I’ve worked as a marketing intern for Health Promotion, where I promoted wellness initiatives and engaged students through tabling and events, and I’ve previously been an Amazon Prime Student Ambassador, so I understand how to represent a brand authentically rather than forcefully. I’m also very involved on campus through student government and Greek life, which gives me regular opportunities to engage large and diverse groups of students in person. What really excites me about Barebells is that it aligns with how I already show up in my communities. I love sharing products I genuinely use and believe in, whether that’s with classmates, campus organizations, or coworkers during long hospital shifts. I bring energy, consistency, and a people first approach, and I’d be proud to represent Barebells in a way that feels real, relatable, and impactful.
