What community building experience do you have?
“I have hands-on experience building and managing an online community through my jewellery brand. I’ve grown my Instagram page to over 130,000 organic followers, where I consistently engage with my audience through content, comments, and direct messages. I focus on creating content that connects with people, encouraging interaction through replies, polls, and feedback. I also maintain strong relationships with customers by being responsive and building trust, which has helped me convert followers into paying customers. Through this, I’ve developed a strong understanding of audience behavior, engagement strategies, and organic growth, which I believe directly applies to building and managing a travel community.
