Finding a way to promote quality and meaningful content while also being ethical. I think there are different forms of communicating through things such as brand/personal promotion that social media accounts are using that are missing the mark on what their audience wants to see/influencing them in the wrong ways. I think there can be a balance between having an aesthetic and gaining attention while also putting out a meaningful and attractive message that's ethical.

It's better for me to have someone take the lead on projects, and I provide my own insights and feedback under their supervision. I think in a group setting you can lead in many different ways, event if it's not the standard leader we imagine in group settings.
