How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?
I think content that builds a brand is very user driven, with videos showing authenticity and why this brand deserves to have people’s attention. The content that drives a purchase might talk about price, practicality, and why this brand is better than others (without mentioning specifically other brands)

If you had to create one piece of content for Sousa this week, what would it be and why?
I would film the box on either hand held weights or a treadmill. Then I would show the drink being poured into a cup, and on the screen put text that says the nutrition information. Over this video would be a trending sound.

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?
I would make unique videos that show what the product is. For example, on the TikTok page I would film the product in a gym setting, showing how much easier it is to have one drink that has many benefits rather than multiple drinks or supplements. I would also encourage sending your product to influencers to get the message out there, so I would DM them from your account.
