Can you describe a time when your feedback influenced a product or service?
Yes, one time I was so obsessed with this game. I found the creator of the game's email and then emailed them this giant feedback message about how much I love it and how I am addicted to playing it. I also gave them some ideas of things to add to the game, and they gave me some insider intel about what is coming to the third version of the game they were going to make which was coming soon. I felt like I was part of the team.
