While I was commuting home after a long day of work in the city, there was an elderly lady. She was frail and we had a language barrier. She needed help getting on the train since she was in a wheelchair. I helped her get on as well as take her to her stop to help her get off.

I’d make sure to mention the flavor profile, quality, and occasion-based benefits, and offer a sample so they can experience it firsthand in a relaxed, approachable way. That way they can know the product, the background, and familiarize themselves with it by comparing to what they usually drink.
