I haven't managed social media campaigns professionally yet, but I've built a solid understanding of how scheduling and posting works — including platform-native tools like Meta Business Suite and third-party platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Later. I understand the importance of posting consistency, optimal timing based on audience behavior, and aligning content calendars with broader campaign goals. I'm a fast learner, I'm comfortable working with new tools, and I'm genuinely eager to apply and grow these skills in a real campaign environment.

How do you handle client feedback on social media content?
When a client sends feedback on social media content, I start by asking clarifying questions to make sure I fully understand what they want changed and why. I keep all feedback in writing so nothing gets lost. If I agree with the feedback, I act on it quickly and let them know. If I disagree, I explain my reasoning professionally — but ultimately respect their decision. Before anything goes live, I always get written approval. The goal throughout is clear communication and a process both sides can trust.
