To engage creators in amplifying Black Box AI's presence, I would focus on building a strong sense of purpose and alignment with the brand. To keep them motivated, I would consistently share performance results and insights so they can see the tangible impact of their work. Can you provide an example of a successful content project you've worked on in the past?

For a theatre team, I worked on a content campaign during exam week which was a real challenge since most students were focused on studying. I shaped the messaging around self-care, positioning the show as a fun break and a way to de-stress rather than just another campus event. I used relatable and interactive posts, lighthearted videos, and reminders on social media to connect with that feeling. The strategy worked really well, and the show ended up getting over 500 students to come watch despite it being the busiest week of the semester.
