Do you prefer a work environment with more ambiguity/freedom or clear instructions?
I work well with both, but I prefer a balance of clear goals with creative freedom in execution. Having direction on objectives while being able to test ideas, iterate, and experiment usually leads to the best results.

How would you go about researching viral formats in a specific niche to make new viral ad formats for a specific brand?
I’d analyze top-performing content in the niche across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to identify recurring hooks, editing styles, captions, trends, and audience pain points. Then I’d adapt those winning formats to fit the brand’s product, voice, and target audience while testing multiple creative variations to see what performs best.

What is your experience creating content?
I have 2 TikTok accounts. One for funny, entertaining content. One for funny sports content. I been making videos for years, but i never took it seriously. Which is something I want to do. This UGC opportunity would help that
