In a given week, your responsibilities range from updating financial models, to scheduling with external partners, to tracking inventory movement, to prepping decks for a marketing meeting. How do you prioritize and execute when everything is urgent?
It is important to have awareness and relationships with your team. I find it encourages me to stay on track and organized with consistent check ins with the team around me or I am closely working with. I keep an organized systematic routine in my work space, creating check lists, to-do lists, and reminders daily to ensure everything is up to date and on track.

Tell us about a time when maintaining accurate data was crucial to your role. How did you ensure the data stayed clean, up to date, and aligned across systems or teams?
Maintenance of accurate data was very important in my previous job. It allowed our business to stay on track with our budget and ultimately increased our brands revenue over time. Ensuring the date was clean and up to date, we had weekly YTD (year to date) meetings to ensure we were on track with our previous years of increased revenue.

Walk us through a time when you built or managed a complex spreadsheet system to track operational or financial data.
I built a spreadsheet and tracked sales data and e-commerce through google sheets to provide my old employer with data of our current sales vs sales in previous years. We used the data as a year to date tracker to ensure we were growing and improving sales over the years.
