Can you provide an example of a time when you collaborated closely with a sales team to meet and exceed targets?
Though I have not collaborated directly with a sales team, I have brought new, fresh ideas to my previous employers. My recommendations helped us meet our sales requirements where they were low and improve in other places. For example, while working at Dick's Sporting Goods, I suggested that we place the items that were not selling as much directly next to the popular items. Within the week the sales of the less popular items went up.

To properly strategize, the most important step is research. By narrowing down a set demographic first, outreach can be strategic and impactful. After researching to perform with technique, next is consistency.
