I’m not currently based in Los Angeles, but I am fully available to work full time and can travel for business trips to the area if needed. I also have the flexibility and commitment to ensure I can meet all role expectations regardless of location.

I’d love to see Spotify on HFC because it’s a brand Gen Z uses daily and resonates with students by offering discounts and a student-friendly experience; beyond being a source of musical entertainment, it also provides educational and personal growth avenues while offering exciting career opportunities across tech, marketing, and creative fields.

I handle difficult customer interactions by staying calm, actively listening to their concerns, and showing empathy so they feel heard and respected. From there, I focus on clear communication and quick problem-solving, while collaborating with my team if needed, to turn a negative situation into a positive, solution-driven experience.
