What does authenticity mean to you?

Authenticity means staying true to yourself, especially in times where posing in a fake manor may be the easier route.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?

I think one of the best ways is to highlight the idea that this product or experience is scarce and has a time limited offer. What this does is, it creates an urge in people to purchase the product or experience, even at times without the need for it. A good way to do this is in a form of a sale, or short term availability. A good way to boost social proof is encourage engagement on the business’s social media. If everyone is talking about the product or brand it creates FOMO in the viewers. You have to make sure that the business is hyped and a lot of people are tagging, sharing etc.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?

First, it would be best to acknowledge the review and get to understand the problem. Second would be to get in contact with the customer, understand their point of view and promptly apologise. Lastly, come up with a solution or a guarantee that it would not occur again.
