What's the most important aspect when managing a brand's image and when building the brand's social media presence?
I believe that the most important aspect when managing a brand’s image while building the brand’s social media presence is to be truthful in all posts and replies. I also believe it is important to connect with viewers and people who come across the page to draw people into the brand because of the connection they feel.
