I listen for the overarching themes. What message is the episode trying to convey? Who would this message resonate with? Then I decide if I enjoyed the content. I would also listen for editing qualms such as, consistant sound volume, music, and ADs.

How do you approach providing constructive feedback?
When providing constructive feedback I make sure to explain the problem. Before moving on I ensure the person understand the problem. Then we work together to create a better solution. I would also make sure the person knows all the things they are doing correctly.
