I believe being attentive to the customers through all points of service would ensure a positive experience for new and returning patrons by allowing forms of communication between the brand and consumers. Demonstrate the value of the customer by promptly responding to any inquiries for customer satisfaction. A strategy to build/maintain loyalty for the brand would include a rewards program to personalize future products that cater to the individual based on past purchases.
