share an example of a time you turned a casual conversation into compelling content?
I created a podcast for a content creation class I took last year. We would often just start yapping, and then with some editing magic, we would turn it into a podcast episode! We covered many topics this way and found that just letting ourselves talk to each and connect eventually ends up being great content.

Can you describe a time when you improved engagement on a social media platform?
I was trying to grow an international influencer channel. It was complicated because of how international it was--trying to understand the audience was broad and tedious. However, I looked at metrics and narrowed it down. I was able to achieve the highest views that way; we reached over 10k views for the first time on multiple videos!

How do you ensure consistency in posting content on social media platforms?
Having a plan in place. If I go into it trying to figure out each post the day of, it's not going to happen. I need to know when I need to shoot what, and when it's going out.
