FORAH
FORAH Brand Ambassador

What kind of brand content immediately turns you off as a consumer?
Brand content immediately turns me off when it feels overly staged or inauthentic. If a video feels like a scripted ad rather than a real experience, I’m much less likely to trust it. I also get turned off by content that ignores inclusivity, especially when products are clearly not tested or shown on diverse skin tones. As a consumer, I connect more with brands that feel honest, relatable, and intentional, rather than overly polished or sales-driven.

If you had one week to introduce FORAH to young professionals, what would you do?
naturally into real, everyday routines. I’d create short TikToks and reels that feel like FaceTime conversations, sharing my honest experience as a Black girl using mineral sunscreen and showing how it blends into my skin with no white cast. I’d lean into GRWM, workday resets, and on-the-go moments between classes, work, or errands, while also casually educating on why sunscreen matters beyond the beach. I’d also engage directly through comments, polls, and in-person conversations to get feedback and build genuine excitement around the brand.

In your own words, how would you describe FORAH to a friend who’s never heard of it?
FORAH is one of those sunscreen brands that just gets it. As a Black girl, I’m always cautious with sunscreen because of white cast or weird texture, but this feels so good on my skin and blends in without that heavy look. It fits into my everyday routine, whether I’m getting ready in the morning or heading out for the day, and it feels clean, lightweight, and intentional.
