Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
While I haven't created QA reports professionally yet, I have practiced documenting issues during app and website tested in a structured way. For Example, I tested a sample mobile app and noted the following in my report -
Bug - "Submit" button on the login page did not respond on first click.
Steps to reproduce - Open app -> Enter credentials -> Click "Submit".
Observed result - Nothing happened on first click.
Expected result - Login should proceed to home screen.
Screenshot - (Attached image showing unresponsive button.)
Impact - Prevents users from logging in easily, could affect retention

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
My approach to identifying and documenting bugs in digital products is methodical and detail-oriented. I start by exploring the product thoroughly, testing all features and user flows to ensure everything functions as expected. When I find an issue, I document it clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots or recordings if needed, and any observations about how it affects the user experience. I organize these notes in a structured report, making it easy for developers to understand and fix the issues efficiently. I also review my reports to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
