How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
I believe Gen Z want to work and think about their career in a way which allows them to be purpose driven. Where they want to work for companies that have a sense of purpose and an impact on society. Additionally, I believe they tend to be more entrepreneurial and appreciate greater flexibility in work arrangements whether it be the hours or remote/hybrid work settings. I think there is also a greater importance of diversity and inclusion for Gen Z individuals in the workplace. Lastly, I think Gen Z individuals place value in feedback and recognition.
