One of the experiences that really showcased my ability to forge strong relationships happened when I had a marketing internship at Code Ninjas. The work required developing and implementing market strategies that promoted enrollment, in collaboration with a multicultural team. So, I really had to start quickly building relationships with my coworkers, understand what they thought and believed, and get them in line to make things happen collectively.

I made conscious efforts to reach out to team members individually, understand their strengths, and know how we could best support each other. I also facilitated regular team meetings to keep up to date on what others were doing, or any changes within the team, so everyone was on the same page. By investing time in these relationships, we were able to design a cohesive marketing campaign that significantly increased community engagement and boosted enrollment figures. This experience demonstrated the ability to achieve strong, collaborative relationships that get results.
