Why do you like sports?
It is a way to get rid of all negative energy , the feeling itself while doing a sport is tiring but afterwards you feel lighter and you have no longer stress or being anxious . It is also a great feeling sharing the same interest with people like you , these people can be so similar and share many other interests.

As an overthinker , it really helps with organizing my thoughts because i have many ideas and thoughts but it makes me struggle . As an imaginative , when i organize my thoughts , it gives me more ideas so it improves how my brain processes
