I would approach gathering feedback from students by implementing an interactive feedback board. In my personal experience, I have found that sometimes I am unable to think of feedback when I am asked, so implementing a discussion board allows people to read the thoughts of others and potentially add to their thoughts. I would also implement an option for students to provide feedback directly to me, if it is a concern that they do not want made public.
