As a Marketing and Communications Intern at RippleMatch, I was able to leverage various growth strategies and tools including social media, email marketing, presentations, and peer
and faculty member networking to grow the user base and awareness on campus by 25%. I believe in this company's cause because, despite many universities having great career centers, finding opportunities for internships and full-time roles is incredibly challenging; in addition, applying for positions has changed a lot since the pandemic. I was able to help grow the amount of RippleMatch users at Wesleyan because I wanted to help my peers find great resources for job and internship applications.

How would you want to use your online identity, in the real world?
My online identity shapes my identity in the real world because I often interact with job recruiters for the first time on Linkedin and after moving to a new city, I've met a lot of friends online. Therefore, I use my online-self to showcase who I am because I want individuals I interact with virtually to understand that I do not portray a different version of myself on any of my profiles.
