In my current marketing internship, I was promoted to Assistant Team Lead for the Pinterest and Blog Team. In this role, I oversee the planning and execution of weekly campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and content aligns with our strategy. I also manage the team’s daily tasks—assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth coordination between members to keep everything on schedule.
