In order to successfully lead, it is very important that clear goals are set at the forefront of the relationship. Each member will be given a progress tracker that shows which tasks have been completed and which have not. If a team member r might be falling behind it is important to address this area of growth in a positive light, encouraging them in a way that motivates them to get their tasks completing on time once taking.
