What does authenticity mean to you?
Authenticity to me represents being ones true self. Regardless of the pressure someone puts on another person to be a specific way or to hold a specific opinion. Being truthful to yourself and not changing oneself regardless of what others say or think makes someone authentic.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
To create FOMO you have to genuinely make someone believe that they are missing out on something significant. Social Proof is a very important ideal when it comes to promoting products on social media as influencers need to make others believe that they need a specific product or else they would be missing out without having it.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would make sure to address the problem the customer is referring to within the review. I would than apologize on the behalf of the company that something wasn't to their liking. In addition I think reaching out via email privately if possible can also help address a customer who is unhappy with an experience and or product.
