In most cases, a lot of Gen Z individuals do not want to work. I have heard from several of them not wanting to work a job, and instead be taken care of by their partner. If they they do have a job, then they have most likely chosen their career based on personal interest. I believe with this generation, if they do have a job and a career, it is a very passionate experience for them.

A beauty brand that is doing great in their social strategy is Rare Beauty. They do an amazing job at keeping their audience entertained but informed on the products. They post several videos of real people use their products, which is refreshing. They are on top of new product releases and they value their customers.
