During the time I was working as a Peer Wellness Educator for Iowa State University, a co-worker and myself were in charge of designing and presenting a lecture on leadership in the work place. Unfortunately, my co-worker ended up having to miss the event and gave little notice, requiring me to think on my feet to reconstruct the lecture. This included familiarizing myself with the content that they were originally going to share, as well as creating a new interactive activity for participants so that the lecture filled the entire time section.
