Having different job experiences compared to other people. Many others will likely have jobs starting out in fast food or retail, so having a unique job early on can set someone apart from the others

When working in a nursing home, it was hard for people to understand how hard the job actually was. So whenever I get the chance, I explain the good work that aides do in the nursing home and why they should get paid more. It is a hard job that not just anyone can do and more people should be aware of that.
