What role does nutrition and fitness play in your life? -- What year are you in school and what school do you go to?
Nutrition and Fitness play a big part in my college life trying to balance stress, school, and my junk food intake is really important so I try to use fitness and the gym as my stress reliever and way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle on my own away from home. I do this by going to the gym throughout the week and eating healthy! I am a sophomore at Texas Christian University!
