Fazit Beauty Profile Image

Do you have previous product development, Research & Development or internships in beauty before? If so, please list.

I don’t have professional experience in product development or R&D in beauty yet, but I’ve gained extensive experience through my studies in fashion merchandising. I’ve completed numerous product development projects, which you can see in my portfolio (madisonlueck.com), where I applied research, design, and development skills in real world scenarios.

What products do you think are disrupting beauty?

I think the beauty products really disrupting the industry right now aren’t just about new ingredients or fancy packaging, they’re the ones that truly fit into people’s lives. Products that simplify routines without feeling basic, combine multiple benefits so mornings aren’t so complicated, or adapt to individual needs.

W Labs

Influencer & Community Marketing Intern

W Labs Profile Image

What influencers should W Labs work with in 2026?

I think the brand could work really well with influencers like gym enthusiasts, college athletes, basketball players, and other creators who live active, high-energy lifestyles. Micro-influencers on TikTok who focus on fitness, lifestyle, male grooming, or sports performance could be especially effective because they’re relatable and can show how the products hold up in real-life, high-impact situations. Of course, these are just a few ideas, I can’t give away all my ideas just yet.
