What excites you about this internship at Robyn AI?

I’m excited about this internship at Robyn AI because I’ve always been fascinated by how technology can feel more human. As someone who’s grown up online, I know how isolating digital spaces can sometimes feel, so the idea of building emotionally intelligent AI that actually supports connection really resonates with me. I’m also eager to learn from a team that blends strong data practices with creativity, and I’m excited by the chance to contribute to a fast-moving product that speaks directly to Gen Z’s needs.

Do you have any experience with tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or analytics platforms (e.g., PostHog, Mixpanel)?

I have experience with Excel and feel comfortable using it to organize data, create formulas, and analyze trends. While I haven’t worked with tools like SQL, Python, or Mixpanel yet, I’m eager to learn and excited by how powerful those platforms can be for understanding users and making smarter decisions

What are 2 consumer apps you love and why do you think they’ve gone viral or built strong user habits?

Two consumers apps I love are tiktok and Pinterest. TikTok has a fast past algorithm with content personalized to you. It encourages challenges and trends that make users feel apart of a larger community. Pinterest is different as it is more intentional. It is about planning and searching for inspiration. The layout and searchability of the platform keeps users coming back. Both platforms are successful by tapping into personal interests of users and evolving their algorithm to their preferences.
