Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.

During my time as the sisterhood event planning chair, I managed a $23,000 budget to plan weekly events for over 400 members. This role required me to manage and maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors. I used some vendors multiple times and was able to create a strong relationship with them which lead to me being able to negotiate terms and create a great partnership. This experience taught me the value of building trust and maintaining positive relationships, which I now apply to all of my professional interactions.

Have you had sales or account management experience?

Yes, I have experience in sales and account management. During my internship at ADP, I worked in digital sales, where I communicated with existing clients regularly to understand their needs. Additionally, as the sisterhood event planning chair for my sorority that I was in, I managed relationships with vendors and local businesses to coordinate events for over 400 members. Both of these experiences required me to have strong communication and organizational skills.
