What role does journaling play in your life?
I journal every single day! It is a way to get things off my mind so I can focus on more important matters. It also allows me to show my gratitude to myself and those I surround myself with. Sometimes I do not realize how grateful I am for someone until I am actively writing it down.

my favorite brand right now is Set Active! This is because I am big on supporting small businesses. Set Active is very well known but they do everything they can to include their customers in decisions that the company is making. Whether it be feedback, day to day operation questions, or even picking colors for a future product launch!
