What's something out of the box that you've done in a previous role that showcased your willingness to work and flexibility?
In a previous role, I demonstrated flexibility and dedication by creating a new design and logo for an employer. Despite initial hesitation, I voluntarily redesigned all event graphics to match the preferred theme, ensuring brand consistency.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
I would take rejection as redirection. Therefore, I would look at my sales approach objectively and think "Why would one offer a lack of response to this approach?". Furthermore, I would improve my approach based on my findings and persevere.
