Interview Questions
Huron
Part-Time Organic Social Media Manager
describe a successful social media campaign you ran - what were the outputs (posts, partnerships, etc.) and outcomes (growth in followers, traffic, engagement, etc.)?
Recently, I set up an influencer collaboration at the studio I work for by offering her a complimentary service. She posted about her experience, and the response was immediate. They saw over 50 bookings come in overnight. That campaign showed me how powerful the right partnership can be, especially when the influencer’s audience aligns with the brand!

How do you stay updated on the latest TikTok and Instagram trends?
I usually keep up with trends just by being active on the apps. I check TikTok’s For You page and Instagram Reels daily to see what sounds, edits, and styles are popping up. I follow a mix of creators and social media accounts that share updates on what’s trending, and I’ll also look at TikTok Creative Center or Instagram’s dashboard for what’s performing well. I like to catch trends early and put my own spin on them so they actually fit the brand!
Hayati
Social Media & Content Marketing Assistant

if you were in charge of hayati's socials for one week, what would you do?
If I was running Hayati’s socials for a week, I’d focus on bringing the food to life in a way that makes people crave it. I’d post reels showing fresh za’atar being used in recipes or quick clips of meals being made, and I’d share carousels with close-up shots of the food so people can almost taste it through the screen. On stories, I’d add simple polls like “Which dish would you choose?” or quick behind-the-scenes moments from the kitchen. I’d also repost customer photos or reviews to make the page feel more personal and community-based. At the end of the week, I’d check what got the most interaction and use that to plan future posts.
