I’ve led and coordinated teams before in a few ways. I am currently the head intern for my schools social media pages, which involves handling meetings, distributing tasks, etc.

I have also been on a 2 person team planning a whole conference as well as the promo ahead of it!

The way that I motivate others is by doing what always works for me, being overly communicative. I’d have a group chat where all responsibilities are laid out each week, and be very responsive to answer all questions. When good work is done, I’d highlight that in the group chat as well!
