Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
I was in-charge of re arranging the way we market our staff at the clinic I worked at to better attract more clients. With this project, we took each staffs picture again so everything looked more cohesive. I also took it upon my self to create QR codes to the staffs direct booking link. With the QR codes it helped patients to easily book an appointment with the desired staff right away, we saw a jump in online bookings after the QR codes came out
