What makes a recipe post stand out to you?
I’m usually drawn to a recipe post first by the cover slide, if it looks visually appealing, I’m much more likely to click and explore the content. I also really appreciate videos that feel natural rather than overly edited. To me, the joy of cooking is in the process itself. There will be messes, oil splashing, and imperfect knife cuts, and I like when creators show that reality. It feels more authentic and makes cooking seem approachable instead of intimidating. I also think recipe content is very preference-driven. Personally, I gravitate toward healthier recipes, especially salads and bowls, so I’m more likely to engage with posts in that space. With that in mind, if I were fortunate enough to be chosen as a content creator for Clove, I would focus on creating a diverse range of recipes to appeal to different tastes, dietary preferences, and lifestyles, while still keeping the content genuine and accessible.
