What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
The main thing I would consider while adopting a new social media app is if it is entertaining. The majority of Gen Z's screen time comes from entertainment apps such as TikTok, so an app that draws me in will definitely take up a good amount of my screen time. Another important aspect would be functionality. If an app is slow and difficult to use, I simply will not use it. A new social media app should not only easy to use, but also easy to figure out and aesthetically pleasing. A final important aspect that I would consider to be of high importance is what my personal benefit. What am I getting from this app? Is it making my life easier?
