How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Using the positive management style technique to make sure the team feels confident in themselves and myself will make them feel comfortable to get their tasks completed. With that I will monitor their progress and see if they will meet their deadline. If I notice one is behind, I will give them a boost and make sure they continue on the right path.

Tula - my reasoning behind this is because their use of having multiple people support and create videos opens a wide variety of audiences. However, with that they still maintain an aesthetic page that follows their vibe.
