I am an inspiring content creator so I have experience with my creations.

I’d start by tapping into my own network on campus and identifying students who are already active on TikTok and Instagram and have strong personalities, not just big followings. I’d recruit them through personal outreach, group chats, and word of mouth, making it feel exclusive and exciting rather than transactional. To keep them engaged, I’d create a sense of community clear expectations, creative freedom, and fun incentives like product, features on brand pages, or campus events. When influencers feel valued and connected, they’re way more motivated to consistently create and show up.

An event I would consider doing is setting up a prize station for the girls at my campus. What u mean by this is have little gifts that students can win like sample size products and all they have to do is follow on instagram/ tik tok etc
