Tell us about a meal from the past year that you absolutely loved.
A meal from the past year that I loved was the soba noodles I had from Okinawa, Japan. The noodles are a bit thicker than your traditional ramen noodles, but the flavor the dish packs is incredible. This meal typically comes with fresh soft-boiled egg (delicious!) and pork that simmers in the seasonings of the broth. Mouthwatering! I love enjoying this dish with a citrus juice or maybe a berry tea.
