Interview Questions
Barebells USA
Barebells Campus Brand Ambassador USA

How would you engage an audience to try Barebells products?
I would engage an audience to try Barebells by creating authentic, interactive experiences that fit naturally into college life. As a lacrosse player, I’d share how I personally use Barebells as a grab-and-go protein option before or after practices, lifts, and busy class days, showing real routines through social media and in-person conversations. On campus, I’d host or partner with events like post-workout snack tables, Greek life study nights, or wellness events where students can sample different flavors and talk about protein in a casual, approachable way.

Why do you think you would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador?
I would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador because I genuinely live the kind of active, balanced lifestyle that the brand represents. As a junior college athlete on the women’s lacrosse team, nutrition and fueling my body are a daily priority, and Barebells fits naturally into my routine as a convenient, high-protein option for busy training and class days. Majoring in Early Childhood Education and working at a childcare center has taught me the importance of energy, patience, and consistency—values that align with promoting products that support both physical and everyday wellness. In addition, as a board member of my Phi U Greek life chapter, I’m highly involved on campus and constantly connecting with other students through events, social media, and leadership roles. These experiences have helped me become confident, reliable, and relatable, allowing me to authentically represent Barebells while reaching a wide range of college students who value fitness, balance, and community.

How would you plan a wellness event?
If I were planning a wellness event on campus, I would start by defining a clear goal, such as promoting physical fitness, mental health, or healthy eating. I would tailor activities to our student community, like hosting group workouts, yoga sessions, nutrition demos, or mindfulness workshops. Choosing a convenient time and accessible location would ensure high participation, and I would promote the event through social media, campus posters, and word-of-mouth. To make it engaging, I’d include interactive elements like challenges, giveaways, or wellness kits. Finally, I’d gather feedback after the event to see what worked well and how to make future wellness events even better.
