What is a recent video concept or trend that you’ve seen on social media, and how would you apply it to Daybird?
A recent trend is quick before-after reveals with a strong 1–2 second hook (fast transformation, satisfying payoff). For Daybird, I’d apply it by showing a 5–7 second skincare flip, start with a stressed/irritated skin moment, then immediately transition into Daybird being applied, ending with a calm/glowy result and on-screen text like “Daybird calms redness in seconds.” This keeps it short, visually rewarding, and aligned with what performs best right now.

I stay updated on social media trends through a combination of daily monitoring, active testing, and community engagement. Every morning I spend time on the platforms I create for to see what’s trending in terms of sounds, formats, editing styles, and hooks. I also set up alerts and follow trend-spotting newsletters and tools so I’m not just reacting, I’m anticipating. Some of my favorite accounts and trend sources right now include creators who consistently innovate with format and pacing, like: @tiktokcreators, @gisou and @notion
