How do you approach providing constructive feedback to improve a product?
I take a very neutral approach to constructive feedback. I ensure everything is based on fact with no bias or emotion behind it. Additionally, I make sure to provide solutions to any problems I may introduce in the feedback.

What experience do you have with product testing and quality assurance?
I worked for a bit for my mother's company on the merchandising side. I was in charge of creating logos and finding price-effective materials that still had decent quality for the buyers. I did this mainly for shirts and hats.
