What strategies would you use drive utilization of the limited offer?
It would definitely be promoted both within the sorority and at a Puppies and Pilates event since both are majority female. People would 100% use the offer if they know it exists, so it's mainly about getting the word out.

I am a part of a sorority called Alpha Xi Delta as well as on the executive board for a club with over 800 members called Puppies and Pilates.

I am involved in Alpha Xi Delta, a sorority on UGA's campus, as a member I also have a lot of friends in other sororities since I grew up in the town. I am also on the exec for a non-profit organization called Puppies and Pilates, with over 500 members
