How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
I would say Gen Z individuals want to work the job with the most utility. This looks different for everyone, but post pandemic majority seem to be in favor of a hybrid set up and aim for the highest pay possible. Although I don't know specific statistics, majority I interact with seem pretty aware of the level of prestige that comes with having the job they have or the job they want.
