Wellness means a lot to me. Being an athlete I take my health seriously. Being an athlete means having a busy schedule so I do also love to have self care days.

I really like Disney +. This streaming platform provides nostalgia from old tv shows and movies I watched growing up. It also has new movies that give you a feeling of joy and happiness as well.
